GyftPro Terms of Service

Welcome to GyftPro! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and associated services ("Services"). By accessing or using GyftPro, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of GyftPro, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Maintain the security of your login credentials.
Be solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you provide inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or if your account security has been compromised.

2. Orders and Payments

When placing an order through GyftPro, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current payment information.
Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
All sales are considered final unless specified otherwise in our Return Policy.

3. Use of Content

All content on GyftPro, including images, text, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of GyftPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any GyftPro content without our express written permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:

Using GyftPro for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of GyftPro or its services.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to GyftPro if you engage in any prohibited conduct or violate these Terms.

5. Data Deletion Policy

You may revoke GyftPro’s access to your data collected from third-party accounts, such as Facebook, by following these steps:

Within the GyftPro App

Go to your Profile section.
Navigate to "Settings" or "Account Settings."
Under "Connected Accounts" or "Social Logins," locate Facebook.
Select "Disconnect" or "Remove" to revoke access.

On Facebook

Log in to your Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the sidebar, click Apps and Websites.
Find GyftPro in the list and click View and edit.
Select Remove app to disconnect GyftPro.

Important Notes

Data Deletion: Disconnecting Facebook will delete all Facebook data (friends list, birthdays, interests) collected by GyftPro.
Impact on Recommendations: Disconnecting may impact the personalized recommendations you receive.
Other Data: To delete other GyftPro data, refer to the App's settings or contact us at support@gyftpro.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GyftPro and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of GyftPro, including any loss of data or profits. This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on GyftPro, and the effective date will be revised. Your continued use of GyftPro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
